HowMuchie for Android

These terms are the agreement between you and Codelogy Labs about using HowMuchie.
HowMuchie is provided by Codelogy Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, installing or using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and use HowMuchie lawfully. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Google Play's terms govern your dealings with Google.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use HowMuchie on devices you own or control, for lawful personal use. We retain all rights in the app, software, design, name and logo.
You must not:
HowMuchie converts and tracks amounts using an exchange rate you enter yourself. It does not obtain, quote or update live market rates and does not connect to any bank, card, wallet or payment account.
Every figure it displays is only as accurate as the rate and amounts you enter, and will differ from the rate a bank, card issuer, money changer or merchant actually applies. HowMuchie is not a money-changing, remittance, payment or financial service, and nothing it displays is financial, investment, tax or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking prices, rates and totals before relying on them.
Your entries stay on your device and remain yours. We take no rights in them and hold no server copy, so HowMuchie does not provide cloud backup or recovery. Clearing the app's data, uninstalling it, or losing or replacing your device may cause your entries to be lost. Device-level backup or restore features, if any, are controlled by your device or account provider. Keep your own record of anything you need.
HowMuchie has a free version supported by Google AdMob advertising and offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full version. There is no subscription. Purchases are processed by Google Play under its terms and policies, and we do not receive your full payment-card details. Features included in the free and full versions may be described in the app or its Google Play listing.
We do not control which ads are shown and do not endorse any advertiser or offer; any dealing with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
To the fullest extent the law permits, HowMuchie is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, support for every currency, country or device, or continued availability on any store or operating system version.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, and only to the fullest extent permitted by law:
We may update HowMuchie or these terms from time to time. Changes to these terms apply from the effective date stated on the updated version. For material changes, we will update the date above and give in-app notice where reasonably practicable.
You may stop using HowMuchie at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends if you materially breach these terms. Clauses that must continue to operate after termination remain effective.
These terms are governed by Singapore law and, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore. If the law where you live gives you mandatory protections or a right to bring proceedings there, these terms do not take those rights away.
These terms are the whole agreement about HowMuchie. If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over this app, without reducing your rights.
