Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Codelogy Labs about using MultiCut.

1. Agreement and eligibility

MultiCut is provided by Codelogy Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, installing or using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and use MultiCut lawfully. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Google Play's terms govern your dealings with Google.

2. Licence and restrictions

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use MultiCut on devices you own or control, for lawful personal or commercial purposes. We retain all rights in the app, software, design, name and logo.

You must not:

• copy, sell, rent, sub-license, redistribute or offer the app as a service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify it, except where the law permits; or
• bypass its watermark, purchase checks, advertising or other technical measures, use it unlawfully, infringe others' rights, disrupt services, or generate invalid advertising activity.

3. Your videos and responsibilities

Your videos stay on your device and remain yours. We take no rights in them. You must keep backups and have permission to edit and use all footage, music and other material.

4. Free, Pro, payment and refunds

Free includes Google ads and an export watermark. Pro is an optional, one-time, non-renewing Google Play purchase. Once Google Play confirms the purchase, Pro stops new ad requests and removes the watermark from videos exported after confirmation.

Google Play shows the price and tax and processes payments and refunds. We do not receive your payment details. You may also contact us, and we can issue a refund through Google Play where required by law or where Pro does not work as described. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. App availability and backups

To the fullest extent the law permits, MultiCut is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, support for every file format, or that every export will succeed. Keep your original files and backups because we cannot recover them.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted:

• we are not liable for file or data loss to the extent caused by your failure to keep an original or backup, or by something outside our reasonable control;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; if you use MultiCut for business, we are also not liable for loss of profit, business, opportunity or goodwill;
• we are not liable to the extent loss is caused by your device, operating system, another app or a third-party service outside our reasonable control; and
• our total liability to you for all claims connected with MultiCut, taken together, will not exceed SGD 30.

7. Changes and ending use

We may update MultiCut or these terms. We will not remove Pro's core no-ads and no-watermark benefits. For material term changes, we will update the date above and give in-app notice where reasonably practicable.

You may stop using MultiCut at any time. Your licence ends if you materially breach these terms. Clauses that must continue to operate after termination remain effective.

8. Law, general terms and contact

Singapore law and courts apply, except where mandatory consumer law gives you protections or a right to bring proceedings where you live. Nothing here removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are the whole agreement about MultiCut. If any part is unenforceable, the rest continues. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.
